We are changing the postal service that we use and are upgrading to the fully tracked and insured service with Royal Mail. There will still be two services to choose from and these will apply to all orders placed after midday 5th April 2021
- RM24 Tracked – aims for next day delivery (after dispatch). Available for parcels up to 6kg. Priced at £5.25
- RM48 Tracked – aims for 2-3 days delivery (after dispatch). Available for parcels up to 2kg. Priced at £4.00
All orders of £100 or more still qualify for FREE DELIVERY – just choose the relevant option from the choices at the checkout.
Keeping you up-to-date
Royal Mail 24 & 48 Tracked includes SMS and email notifications and tracking, so you can stay up to date each step of the way.
Royal Mail will deliver to neighbours if you aren’t home, or you can add a note to your order to include a ‘safe place’ drop off if you aren’t home, however, safe place drop off is at your own risk.
Tracking
There have been several occasions recently where parcels have not arrived with customers. Fortunately, in each case, the parcel was at the sorting office even though the postie hadn’t left a red card. Upgrading the service will enable us to track parcels and give everyone more peace of mind.
We know the price increase will not be welcome news at a time when it feels like everything in the ‘wax and bath & body product’ businesses seems to be increasing. However, we feel it is important to make sure we have a delivery service that meets expectations and protects everyone’s interests.
